This is the 12 Zhang Fei (Yide) figure from 303Toys, from the Three Kingdoms series. It comes with intricate armor with metal parts and weapons, other bits (see the photos). This dude is screaming his head right off. The figure is in excellent shape-no damage that I can see. It was displayed in a closed cabinet in a climate-controlled, smoke-free home.
