NCR Ranger Custom Figure from Fallout New Vegas. This is a custom figure featuring custom 3d printed parts, soft goods, and interchangeable hands. Based on the Valaverse basic riot soldier buck he's got great articulation (be gentle while articulating initially, these valverse figures are really stiff jointed).
